Who is Jenny Rebholz?
Jenny S. Rebholz is a freelance writer and marketing consultant within the architecture and interior design community.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a double major in Interior Design and Communications. Jenny spent the first six years of her career as a commercial interior designer. She has had the opportunity to gain a wide variety of design experience working in dealership, facility and architectural firm environments. From programming and concept development to specification and construction drawing preparation, procurement and furniture installation, Jenny has worked on commercial office, retail and hospitality design projects. As a designer, she also supported the marketing efforts of her employers. Using her design and communications background she then transitioned to the marketing side of the business.
In August 2003 she started her own company in order to support and promote design professionals. She also began teaching part time in the interior design programs at Milwaukee Area Technical College and Waukesha County Technical College, to support and promote the future of the interior design profession. Jenny is an Allied Member of ASID and served as the Director At-Large for the Wisconsin Chapter of ASID from 2006-2008.
She contributes to the industry by communicating important messages in order to spread awareness on topics such as sustainability, universal design and interior design legislation.
Through writing, marketing, networking and teaching, Jenny strives to help elevate the interior design profession and supports all areas of the industry from architecture and engineering to real estate development and construction.
